The governing bodies of the Spanish Exporters and Investors Club are the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Presidency.

The supreme governing body is the General Assembly, formed by all the members of the Clyb. The Board of Directors is the collegiate permanent body of government, management, administration and direction of the Club and is currently formed by the following people:
